The Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Magnolia Coastal Properties on Wednesday, September 28^th at 3:30 p.m. The Ribbon Cutting will take place at Magnolia Coastal Properties’ new location at 10634 Ford Ave, Richmond Hill, GA. 
 
Chamber members and their guests are invited to enjoy an afternoon of congratulating
Magnolia Coastal Properties on their Grand Opening of their new office.  Light refreshments will be available for those in attendance.

Magnolia Coastal Properties, LLC was an idea that began in 1992 with my mom, Linda Barker. She committed herself to the business, keeping it family run, and local. She always kept her clients’ investments her 1^st priority. Now, it is with great pride and venturesomeness to announce that as of August 1^st, 2022 Ashlee and I [Jason] purchased the business from her and she has retired from Magnolia Coastal Properties – says new owner Jason Barker.
 
Ashlee and I began our real estate careers in 2001. Along the way, we learned the ins and outs of the industry, to include but not limited to residential sales, residential property management, commercial sales, commercial property management, and homeowner association management. Each facet created different insights to running and operating a property management company, the dos and don’ts, unlocking more and more of the unlimited potential within Magnolia Coastal Properties. We will continue to strive to out-perform in the realm of Real Estate for you, our client.
 
As with the normal progression of a family ran business, there comes a time to the pass the torch. Which is where we are, taking us into the next chapter in our Magnolia Coastal Properties business.
