The League of Women Voters of Coastal Georgia, in partnership with WJCL – Channel 22, will host a forum for candidates running for the Georgia Senate District 1 and House District 164 on October 3 at 6:30 p.m. Doors will open at 5:45 p.m.
The Forum will feature Senate District 1 candidates: Senator Ben Watson, MD, (R) and James “Jay” Jones (D) as well as House District 164 candidates: Representative Ron Stephens (R) and Marcus Thompson (D).
Shannon Royster, Weeknight Evening Anchor for WCJL 22 News, will moderate. The general election is November 8, 2022.
