Please join the RHBC Chamber of Commerce for its August Lunch & Learn from 12-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 14 at the Chamber office, 2591 US Hwy. 17, Ste. 100 in Richmond Hill. The topic will be: Challenges and Opportunities for Independent Business.
This Lunch & Learn session will be led by Hector Claudio, an accomplished Richmond Hill resident with a diverse background as a web developer, content manager, senior software developer and current position as Director of Development for Community Brands. Hector is also the founder/owner of the local, independent business Every Day Boater.
Topics to be discussed:
- Direct business dealings with China including sourcing, locations, negotiations, websites, payment methods, samples and protection policies
- Mock demonstration and discussion regarding key aspects for sourcing
- Challenges, opportunities and choices that independent and small business owners face
