Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce Announces
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Celebrating My Hearing Aid Place
Richmond Hill, GA - The Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for My Hearing Aid Place on Wednesday, March 16th at 11:30 a.m. The Ribbon Cutting will take place at My Hearing Aid Place’s new location at 128 Frances Meeks Way Ste. 1, Richmond Hill, GA.
Chamber members and their guests are invited to enjoy a morning of congratulating
My Hearing Air Place on their Grand Opening and Welcoming them to the RHBC Chamber. A light lunch will be served for those in attendance.
My Hearing Aid Place, a company offering complete hearing evaluations and hearing aid solutions, is opening its first location in Richmond Hill just off Hwy-144/Ford Ave, on Frances Meeks Way, the road that takes you to Richmond Hill Elementary school. The owners are excited to bring their 35+ years of combined experience as certified Audiologists to our growing Richmond Hill community.
“We wanted to offer our patients a more convenient location with parking right outside the front door” says Karla McKenzie, co-owner of the practice. Having lived in Richmond Hill for over 30 years with her husband and having raised four boys here, McKenzie notes “Richmond Hill is a great place to open a business. Patients can call our office and get a real person who answers the phone. They can also trust me to provide better and more personalized hearing aid services closer to home.”
The owners agree that too many times patients report having tried to buy hearing aids online. They lose money, waste their time, and can potentially damage the good hearing they have. Hearing aid output should be specifically programmed to current deficits of a person’s hearing loss and then fit using a prescribed formula and fine-tuned at regular intervals to ensure comfort and audibility. Hearing aids are too important to be bought online. There’s no place to go if you have a problem or the devices stop working all together. Candidacy is best determined by an audiologist’s evaluation and quality hearing aids should be purchased from a trustworthy local business, with a return policy and reliable customer service. “There’s no one-size-fits-all solution to improving hearing” says Dr. Trisha Dibkey, audiologist, and co-owner of the practice. “Our focus is on evaluation, selection, education & support. Simply put, we give you the tools that set you up for success with hearing aids.”
Our patients are our neighbors and friends, and they trust us.” says McKenzie. You can trust the audiologists and owners at My Hearing Aid Place to provide more than a hearing aid to their patients, they will provide the solution.”
