Anytime Fitness Richmond Hill is hosting a Strength and Conditioning Teen Training Camp, June 8 -July 15. Each session includes a workout with a coach, healthy topic, snack, and fun fitness activity. Teen camp is open to all fitness levels, ages 13-18. Call the gym or stop in to learn more and register your teen athlete.
